Hi,
I am trying to use Approver for non document classes. In objectDetail.php $versApp is defined if object is a Document however it is used in all cases which produces an error if the object is not a Document,
may it be fixed in new versions?

It's because as of today approvers is only for Documents.
Look at the code, it's clear it's document oriented.
Just fixing the issue on $versApp won't solve global design constraint : you'll sure get issues elsewhere, when displaying approvers, ...
So we won't spend time to "fix" code that is working and only needed for your own need.
