Hi,
I am using version 5.0.5.
When I create a project, a task for this project and that I assign resources to this task, the resource availability is not modified accordingly.
The resource appears always as available.
This is only when I start entering actual work that availability is changed. Again update is only for actual effort entered and not for the planned effort?
Any hint?

You must run project calculation (button on planning view) to book resource availability.
(in projeqtor, planning calculation is not automatic : it is considered as managerment act)

Actually my issue came from the fact that I ticked "fix planning" on the project.
Therefore, even when I ran "project calculation", the resource's plannings were not updated.
Now I understand. Initially I thought that this option would fix the dates and force to add resource to reach effort budgeted.
