Hello, what do you mean about blocked ?

When I put the login "guest" and the password "guest" a red box appears to tell me that this account is locked and that I have to contact the administrator. This is what means blocked.

An admin has to connect, go to screen user, select corresponding user, and uncheck "locked" checkbox.

This box is already unchecked. This box is already unchecked, maybe you have another solution to solve my problem.

This is the only place where an account can be locked.

Please post screenshot of error message, user description and log file.

It's ok, it works, I checked the locked box and then I registered and logged out. I reconnected, unlocked, recorded and it works. Thank you for your help.
