There are some great features to provide flexibility in the planning, with surbooking and capacity variations - that really gives amazing results to fine-tune planning.
On the other side of things, I haven't found if there is a parameter to prevent logging work in overtime ?
There are some cases where we've gotten quite a few mistakes (mostly when logging work exclusively on Tickets). Is it possible to add a parameter option to prevent overtime logging ?

IKt is a new feature on V9.5.
You can define max work per day and max work per week for each resource.
