I have an activity for "meetings" that is "activity on real time".
No validated or left time for this activity.
When I close a meeting ("done" status) linked to this activity, then the activity is automatically closed as progress 100%.
I do not find where I can specify that the avancement can only be manual for this activity.

Do not leave it as "Asap", but prefer "Fix duration".
Asap activity that has no left work may be concidered as "done".
Also try and disable feature in Global Parameter "auto set parent status"'
