It seems you installed new PHP server.
MySql is not available on this server.
Uncomment corresponding mysql and pdo_mysql in php.ini and restart PHP.

I have the same problem, on the start configuration window :
Module MYSQL is not available - check your php configuration (php.ini)
In easyphp php_mysql.dll not exist.
I put it in the 'ext' folder and in php.ini : extension=php_mysql.dll.
