Hello,
I am a projector administrator in my company, and I encounter the following case :
- A user changes the status of a ticket. The change does not occur, the ticket remains in its original state but despite this a notification about this change of state is sent as if the state had changed.
- This issue is random and only for this user and no other user in my application has this problem with the same or different profile.
So I assume it’s user-related.
According to my analysis, this change of status is not recorded in the tables tickets, history ...=> SQL update random problem with this user ?
At the moment we are working with V 10.3.6 and have to migrate in 3 months into V 12.X
The log returns this type of error => see the attachment
The solution I am considering would be to recreate a new ressource for this user unless there is a way to reset an account?

Quite old version.
We do not bring free support on older versions.
Please concider migrating or subscribing to professional support service.
