Is there a way to have for some kind of tickets a default written skeleton to remind the user to write the correct data on a given template?
This template would be based on the type of ticket.
Is it possible also for other type of data (meetings, activities, ...)

No, we do not have a "model" ticket
A good compromise would be to use checklists, which would make it possible to enforce steps with exclusive or non-exclusive choices and the possibility of blocking the change of state of the ticket if steps are not fulfilled.
Checklists can be attached to any element of ProjeQtOr. (meetings, activities)...
There are also deadlines on tickets which allow you to define for a type of ticket, predefined completion deadlines.
As a completion, this exists for meetings.
If you defined Agenda on meeting type, when you create a meeting of this type and don't define agenda, agenda is copied from meeting type.
