Hello,

I've some questions without answer found for the moment:
A - TICKETS
-----------------
1 - Is it possible to sort ticket by "actual due date" either "initial due time" (and view "actual due date" in column)?
2 - is it possible to creat a filter with keyword "today" for make a filter which can by used each day ?

B - Values Status:
-----------------------
I've created some news values for status. I've the following status (and "triggers" in french, i'm sorry):
1 Enregistré 100 no trigger
11 Accepté 220 no trigger
8 Ré-ouvert 250 no trigger

When an activity has the status "En cours", i've then just the choices beetwen : "Fait" and "Annulé"
The others status aren't available in the combo-box, why??

If the activity has the status "fait", I've the choice beetween: "Ré-ouvert" "Fait" "Vérifié" "Utilisateur Averti" "Validé par l'utilisateur", "Clos"
I never see" Attente validation client". Why?

That's all folk!! 😉
Best regards,
Olivier

Yes, it's possible using filter functionality on filters.

(and view "actual due date" in column)

No, it's not possible to change the displayed fields (or you have to change the code)

Because you haven't adapted the workflow !
Workflows define how you can go from one status to another. Existing status don't take into account your new status.
Adapt workflow and/or change workflow used for the type of tickets.

Regards.

Hello,
I'm admin, but i don't see where I can modify, and don't found it in documentation.

When I'm on Workflow, I see by workflow the entire process, and under, the autorisations for changing status (who can change), but not the order to change. Can I send you a screenshot of what I see??

Olivier

Hi,
On the workflow screen you have a table of status on lines and columns; from to.
It looks like :
Fromto StatusA StatusB StatusC
StatusA - checks checks
StatusB checks - checks
StatusC checks checks -
If you check one checkbox, it meams user of the checked profime will be able to move status from one to other.
For instance :
Fromto StatusA StatusB StatusC
StatusA - checked not checked
StatusB no checked - checked
StatusC checked no checked -
Then :
you can go from status A to status B, but not to status C
you can go from status B to status C, but not back to status A
you can go back from status C to status A, but not to status B.

About orders of status, it is defined on the ... status screen !

Hope this helps.
Regards.
