Hi there,
I have been searching for a while how to update ticket context lists :
- context / environment
- operating system
- browser
I didn't find where to do those updates. Could you please help me ?

Use the menu search to search for "context"
You'll have :
Context types : the list of the three context types. You can only rename the types, not add nor remove any.
Contexts : the values, where you dfine the values for all three contexts.
