Hi,I'm facing with the following.My teams members can't see the tickets who are responsable in there timesheet in order to field the working time over the time sheet.Any idea what is wrong in my configuration ?Many thanks for your help,Regards,Fred

Fill it with real work and you'll find it on time sheet. Very simple.

OK, thank you.
If my understanding is correct.
The real time is filled in time sheet for Activities and real tme for tickets is filled in tciket, not in time sheet, but the ticket willappear in time sheet after real time filling.

either tickets are grouped into unassigned work, or they are listed under ticket activity (planning activity)
