Hi,
For specific reason I need that people be surbooked without any impact on planning calculation. That he may do for example 16 hours/day. How can I manage that? I remember it might be somewhere something like an "allow surbooking or overcapacity" parameter to select.

Several possibilities :
- in resource, enter capacity variation : resource will be planned up to new capacity, and will have to enter work up to new capacity
- in resource, enter overbooking period : resource will be planned up to new capacity (capcxity + overbooking), and will have to enter only standard capacity
- in planning calculation, check "Plan with overuse (infinite overbooking capacity)". No change on resource, will be considered with no capacity limit, and be able to manage several tasks on same time (will generate over use)
(this must be anable through specific access right)
