I have several users marked as Resource + Contact.
I would like to remove for some of them "Contact" flag and keep them only as "Resource".
Point is, PQ block such possibility as there are documents linked to the user:
Finding all documents blocking this operation looks very hard as there are no any IDs of them but more important question is why is like this as user still is RESOURCE so why removing CONTACT is blocking for this ?
Unchecking "is contact" on resource is like deleting a contact.
You cannot do that if the contact is still linked to Activity or Tickets (as requestors in most cases)
That's clear. How in this case I'm able to find all documents given user is linked to as "contact" ?
The blocking message gives you hint.
2 Activities
1 Ticket.
Go to screen Activity, apply filter on requestor=the contact => you'll find the activity to update.

This user is contract and resource so why field RESPONSIBLE (for example in ticket) refers to "responsible as contact" not "responsible as resource".
When I remove contact and user is still resource looks like I can still set it as responsible for ticket.
Seems I have to remove user from responsible field from all documents then remove "contact" and then set again responsible to this user (but this time it will be "as resource").
It is not easy, it is even not possible in some cases as documents can be closed, cancelled... hard to imagine re-opening all docuemnts just to make such modifications.
Do you have any solution for this ?

No, Resousible is a resource.
The contact is the Requestor
