I manage several independent projects for different clients. as you can give them access to their project as a "visitor" without them being able to modify an element but so that they have a view of the progress and by being able, for example, to make tickets for possible requests, any possible anomalies?

yes, it is possible to give a "guest" profile for example for your clients users. This profile is set up by default to be a simple reader on the projects and its elements.
But you can modify it to display or hide the elements of your choice and authorize or prohibit certain manipulations.
To do this, go to the "Access Right" section of your ProjeQtOr session.
