Hello, we are using the 'Problem' module to manage non-conformities, and we would like to either:
- add an 'Urgency' field so that the due date is calculated automatically,
- have the ability to define processing timeframes based on 'Priority' or 'Criticality'.

Add urgency on issues is possible with the screen customization plugin : just ass idUrgency.
But this won't solve your request : this will not automatically add possibility to define delays on issues.
This only exists as delays for tickets.
Adding delays on priority or criticallity does not exist, not on issue and not on any onther item.
