It could be great to have automatic doc name geration like projet key + unique numer
Of course to continu to have adaptative software this field shal be configurable. like you have made for reference format : {PROJ}-{TYPE}-

It's already done.
Just to clarify in global parameter {PROJ}-{TYPE}- and specify the number of digits (4 for me).
Results for each document: {PROJ}-{TYPE}-XXXX-
With XXXX number that is incremented if existing (unique number)
You can even update all your document database

Thx for your answer, I mean by automatic name not only the field named Id but the field Name of the document
A good idea could be to use this Id + personnal text then I will have
[PROJ]-TYPE]-XXXX-HWArchitecture

Yes you can, however it seems to me the ID (XXXX) at the end?
[PROJ]-TYPE]-XXXX-HWArchitecture => [PROJ]-TYPE]-HWArchitecture-XXXX
