it would be good to administer mail on status "copied". This is not adjustable in parameter. Status copied is a important status, but to for our customers - for them it's irritating.

Just go to the Status screen.
Check "show idle".
Select "Copied" status, uncheck "ilde" and save.
Then you'll be able to manage copied status as any other ...
By default, copied status is hidden because it is a temporary status...
I have been able to uncheck "copied". Now it's available. But in "mail on event" I couldn't disable dispatch of mails.
And you receive some mails on status "Copied" ?
Yes - on every copy of a element. Distribution is the same as on creating a new element.

I cannot reproduce.
For me, copied objects don't generate emails.
Email is send only on status change, for instance to "recorded" or "in progress"
Which version are you running ?
Do you have something specific in status list ?
Can you check thant "copied" status has isCopied=1, and is the only one to get it ?

Our first status is "new".
