We would like to use Actions in order to put "Corrective Action" and "Preventive Actions" in place.
We would like associate the Corrective and Preventive Actions to products and associated version.
Would it be possible to integrate the 2 fields in this area like in the ticket area ?

If you need items to take "Corrective actions" and "Preventive actions" linked to the Product/Version and with description looking like Tickets, why not use Tickets ?
Actions are for tasks not linked to Product/Version, with no follow-up on work. Mostly used for Risk Management plan actions.
The easiest for you seems to define Ticket types "Corrective Action" and "Preventive Action".

You touch the right thing. The ISO9001 Standard will move in version 201 and the main evolution is risk management in the various process. Therefore my proposition could suite very well in your philosophy. In a another way the terminologie "Ticket" is not the right wording for corrective actions.
We can also thing about a fee for the evolution.
