Hello.
to help those who could use your fantastic software to manage projects, activities and tickets being able to have at a glance the relationships between the elements and the criticality of the issues, I was thinking about the possibility of adding the following additional columns to the "Planning" and "Global planning" pages (perhaps letting the user choose whether to show them or not):
- "ticket type"
- '"urgency"
- "priority"
- "solved"
- "resolution"
I am aware that these columns only make sense for tickets. However, in my opinion, they would complete a general overview of all work management, maintaining a parent / child view of all elements at the same time.
Do you think this might make sense and do you think it might be useful?
Thank you so much for your patience in listening to me and for the enormous work you have done.

Hi,

I don't think is is a good idea.
First because, as you pointed out, these values only make sense for tickets.
Then because this screen is not intended to manage tickets.
We won't encourage management of tickets through this screen, as for large lists of tickets this will sure quickly lead to performance issue.
