I set the year to 2018.
I set 01 as starting month.
I set 42 as number of months.
I understand the displayed values as the average lenght of service in months.

Some evolutions in this graph are correct (some old people left the company and we recruited many young people), but the January months seem quite wrong ... or I missed something.
And the calculation seems strange : when forecasting, the value doesn’t change but if we do not change the ressource pool (ie if we do not insert or close resources, setting a startDate or an endDate), then should’nt this value increase by one month every month (or lenght of service is one month longer each month, no ?)
