[#7828]

Hello,
Following the upgrade to 9.3.1, we're facing an issue with "Actions".
We have about 1200 actions.
It's possible to create new action, but impossible to set an  ActualDueDate.. Process is running for 30 seconds, then we have no error message, Nothing also in logs, but action is not updated (Following message appears when tryin to change item "Des modifications n'ont pas été sauvegardées.Si vous continuez, vous perdrez ces modifications.
Souhaitez-vous tout de même continuer ?")

It's possible to modify old actions, except if we have an ActualDueDate setted, in this case we're facing the same behaviour

The only modification possible for old action with ActionDueDate is to remove this ActualdueDate and set it up to NULL, in this case only, the update is possible (but we can not put an ActualDueDate back).

No problems to update/delete old actions without a due date.

Thanks for your help,

Br

Hello,

Am I the only one facing this issue ? In this case could it be a system issue ?
Problem is still present on our side, we systematically have to delete ActualDueDate to all actions we want to modify (our quality service's getting crazy).

Thanks

I could not reproduce this kind of issue.
You can try on demo ( https://demo.projeqtor.org/), all works fine.
Do you have any indicator or notification defined on Action ActualDueDate ?

Thank You !

Indeed I had one indicator on action configured by an administrator in "Unitary Indicator" Menu.
Find below this indicator  screenshot.

Closing this indicator unblocks the problem. If Ire-open the indicator, then the problem comes back.
I tried to reproduce on demo but no account seems to allow accessing the "Unitary Indicator" menu.

Anyway i now have a workarround available as this indicator is not used.

Thanks
