Tested with V9.3.1
In the "Access modes (not project dependant)"--> "Translation requests management" --> Translation request, Translations, Translators cannot be changed to "Reader"
It can be selected and stored, but after changeing to another screen and back to "Access modes (not project dependant)" it is back to "Manager"
Please have also a look at my other topic. I accidentally "replied" myself, when i uploaded additional screenshots...
