We set up an activity in a project, but since a few days it appears closed in Real work allocation so we can't fill the worked days.
The other activities do appear.
We checked that every project and sub-project were not closed, as well as the users.
We also checked that every project and sub-project were not under construction.
The activity is planned as usual but still we can't enter the worked days.
Please do you know why is this problem happening and how to solve it ?

Nous avons créé une activité mais depuis quelques jours cette activité apparait "closed" dans les imputations et nous ne pouvons pas imputer les jours passés dessus.
Les autres activités apparaissent normalement.
Nous avons vérifié que le projet et les sous-projets jusqu'à celui contenant l'activité, ainsi que les utilisateurs, ne sont ni clos ni en construction.
Alors même que l'activité est planifiée correctement il est impossible d'imputer les temps passés dessus.
Savez-vous d'où peut provenir ce problème et comment le résoudre ?

Who is the connected user ?
Can Hugo enter some work when he is connected ?
The connected user wasn't hugo, but the problem is exactly the same from his account. He can't enter any work in the activity because it looks "closed".
Please find attached a screenshot of real work allocation from his point of view.
I can't see any issue on last screenshot.
Could you explain what is wrong ?
Well if I display the closed elements, the activity shows up as a closed activity, but it's not. So Hugo can't enter any work because the input fields are grey as if the activity was closed, and it shouldn't, I don't understand why the activity appears in that "closed" state, it's not !
Maybe these is some unconsistency in the database.
Could you try to close the activity and re-open it ?

Thank you for your suggestion, I closed and then re-opened the activity, now it works.
We have noticed the ressource had been closed and unclosed from some project's affectations a few time ago. Maybe when it was unclosed not everything had been set back to it initial state so the ressource was still kind of 'closed' it this activity, I don't know.
