i met two issues in 3.1.1 but probably present in older version :
1 - In apache error log i found this : File does not exist: x:/xxxx/www/projectorria/view/css/images/iconAdmin16.png, referer: http://[myserver]/projectorria/view/main.php
and the file does not exist anymore...
2- When i try to import csv file (activity in my case), and, if there are space in terms, (for example i have a status 'en cours') the import failed. but

You're right, if you choose small icons to display in the menu tree, Admin has no image...
