All my attachments in Product Version disappeared after upgrating Projeqtor to 5.2.4.
I can see my old attachments in the other views (Product, Tickets, Meetings, ...) and my product version attachments is always available in my SQL Table and in my attachment folder.
If I create a new attachments in Product Version, it will be available in the ProductVersion view.
In my SQL table, the new attachment refType is "ProductVersion", but with the old attachments it is "Version" , is it a problem?

Yes, you exactly located the issue.
Vesion has been renamed to ProductVersion, because there is now "Component Version", which is also a Version.
But links have been forgotten : attachments but also notes and links.
A patch will be provided.
