BUG: field "criticality" - displayed value of parameters didn't work proper:

Description:
If criticality is set manually and afterwards severity an/or likelihood is changed, not always criticality is changed.
Value is unchanged, as long as value for criticality is not higher than the highes automated calculated value.
It will work well again, after automatic calculated entry in field criticality.

Example:
Criticality is empty. Likelihood is set to medium and severity is set to medium, criticality is set to medium.
Criticality is manually set to low. Then next likelihood is set to medium and severity is set to medium, criticality remains in low. It never changes until severity or likelihood is changed to high.

No, it's not an error. Criticallity is correctly updated any needed time.
In your example :
Likelihood and Severity set to "Medium" => OK, criticality calculated to "Medium".
Manually change Criticality to "Low" => OK.
Then you set Likelihood and Severity to "Medium", but in fact they are yet to "Medium", so there is not value change and so Criticalioty is not recalculated.
It is only when you will change one of the value that Criticality will be recalculated.
If you change one to "Low", Criticality is calculatyed to "Low" but you don't see a change because it is its actual value.
But if you set one to "High", Criticality is calculated ot "High" and you see the change.
