BUG: issues - initial date should not be greater than planned end date - validation on save command senseful.

Hi,
Not sure I undestrand the request.
Do you mean you expect the requested start date should always be lower than planned end date ?
In fact there should not be any control involving planned end date because this date is calculated and cannot be changed by user.
Could you please clarify the issue you noticed ?
