We have, all users, a problem of disconnection. We are disconnecting many in the day. I don't kwow when, but if you don't use the soft for a few minutes, a message of disconnection appears.

It is a timeout, but not due to projeqtor.
Most prossibly it is apache session timout that happens.
Try and change session.cookie_lifetime in apache configuration file
