ProjeQtOr is not designed to manged more than 999 items at same WBS level

You can "archive" projects just closing them.
But this won't change WBS.

What you can do it create new fake project "arched projects" and move archived projects as sub-projects of this projet.

Oh thanks, thats a good idea.

It was a good idea.
But we cant move an archived project directly. We must re open it, move it an re close it. We have 1500 archived projects... I am crying.
Do you have automatic solution ?

On view Project Portfolio, you can "move" the project with drag & drop, even if it is closed.

We have another question about WBS.
We have lots of projects which have been created with the exact same WBS (718).
We have projects which have higher WBS so I don't understand what is happening.

Have you already seen this problem ?

We identified and fixed some issues about wbs numbers.
It ssems V7.4.3 works fine now.
Consistency check in admin screen fixed this wrong numbering/
Also, just moving an item at the corresponding level will renumber all items and fiw the issue.
