Hello,
I have an issue on my test environment.
We've made a restore of the production environment data in the database of the test environment and I deleted the email adresses values of the resources to avoid them to receive emails.
But they still receive the automatique alerts.
How is this possible?

Hi,
1) Cron may run with "old" values. Stop / Restart the Cron Process (in Administration screen)
2) Alerts may be defined with a fix email address

It's probably the first option, because all of the resources received the alert.
I stopped/started the cron. I will see.
