Doing a test with a fresh export structure : copied direct from import screen :
I copy the help line, paste it into excel, set some values according to reference (ie idProject, idStatus, ...) and try to import it, the result is the same :
 

Even if values are presents :
 

Try to create an expense from ProjeQtOr then export to csv, change value (montant prévu) then try to import : same issue.

Even if i use "tout cocher) to be sure to export every values, can't import csv.

Same issue trying in english (perhaps problem with translation ?), so message is in english but no import 🙂 !
Need to set real date and amount : non sense with status "enregistré" !

And even with these value set, import doesn't work !

Issue is that Total Full Amount cannot be imported : it is calculated from ExVAT Amount + Vat Amount (and VAT Amount is calculated from VAT %)
So you need to enter ExVAT Amount and it will calculate Total Full Amount

exVAT Amount or VAT % are not in the fieldqs listed for import.
 

I put Value in plannedAmount and expensePlannedDate and get the same issue.I put my import file here (amount are example only).

I try on another instance (test) installed from scratch (V12.1.2).
I get the same error :
 

Note that expensePlannedDate and plannedAmount are recognized (it set the column with english name to avoid traduction error and they are correctly translated during import).

Not VAT ou exVAT find in field list...
 

I use the full example for import (in my production instance, fields VAT and VAT amount are hidden by screen customization so they don't appear on list for import.

It work.

So perhaps it will be convenient to show even hidden fields in import example to avoid missing them.

For me, planned dat eand amount are both entered (even in planned amount and tax rate but with planned tax amount too).

i try to use a new expense created just for export / import (see attachment).

I export the expense (only planned Amount, taxt rate and planned date for financial data).
I try to import from the generated .csv i get the error :
Invalid controls.
Real date and amount must both be entered

Status is "enregistré" so why to expect REAL amount and date ?

I think in will be because some fields are hidden in my instance (we don't use VAT cause every costs are VAT included).
In change customization to get every fields visible and do another export.
Same result (even with real amount set to 0).

I change in import file real amount and real date (see attachement) but i get the same error :
