This issue is fixed.
Will soon be deployed in V3.4.1.

Fix is : Remove lines 3198 to 3200 in /view/js/projectorDialog.js

		leftDiv=dijit.byId("leftDiv");
		//dojox.fx.wipeTo({node: "leftDiv",duration: 300, width: 20}).play();
		//dojox.fx.wipeTo({node: leftDiv,duration: 300, width: 20}).play();

Hi Babynus,

I made your hotfix suggested. Result:

  • it works for me in Chrome and Internet Explorer. But some other team members have still issues in Chrome
  • it doesn't work in Firefox, even when they start from scratch and cleaning history.

Any other experience?

Regards,

Klaus

No joy on this end either, all users are still reporting tickets showing as "...".

@ Klaus :

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce.
Could you report any Javascript error ?
Always same error ?
When does it appear ?

@Rexeh :
This fix is not supposed to fix the "..." issue.
Unfortnately I cannot reproduce this issue.
Could you report any Javascript error ?
Please also bring some precision about users facing issue :
- Operating system / Version
- Browser / Version
- Any plugin or extension installed on the browser
Thanks.

Hi Babynus,

good news: we now know, why my team colleagues still have an issue - even with all the bugfixes you mentioned. They have language English US. This causes a display error. I have English UK and this works well.

Regards,

Klaus
