Hello,
I am in front of phenomenon that I cannot understand !!
I have some tickets where the initial due date is locked, impossible to modify.
I have no tickets delay set and I see no obvious reason not to have the right to change this date.
Besides that, I have similar ticket where I can !!
What are the blocking possibilities? do you have an idea ?
