When we set a mandatory checklist on activities, we can't mark the activitie as "Done" if checklist is not fullfilled. => that's ok
But, if we have an activities, with Result field not empty, when we set the remaining time to "0" on the timesheet, its status change to "Done" even if checklist is not satisfied.
Of course, the activity type require checklist to be fulfilled
