I created a pool of ressources and assigned it to an activity.
The person A (belonging to the pool) dispatched some real work on a ticket attached to the planning activity.
His work has not been taken into account within the pool but a new line with that person showed up in the assignations of the activity. Therefore, my count of day got modified (reassessed).
I hope you'll understand what I mean.

Yes.
When resource enters real work on a ticket linked to a planning activity, we do not control if this resource belongs to the pool assigned to the activity, in order to subtract left wrok from the assignment of the pool.
This coul de an improvment.
