Hi,
I do not understand why fields related to "charge" in tickets called "Estimé"& "reel" are not visible for profile called "chef de service" and with status called "Analyse en cours" and ticket type "TMA" in spite of setup which is supposed to let them visible (screenshots attached)
Please help.

Can you check specific access rights for work and cast visibility for given profile ?
