It happened some time ago (in 8.4.6) but I haven’t got any time to report it, sorry.
I have 2 projects with subprojects for each :
- Project A
- Sub-Proj A.1
- Sub-Proj A.2
- Project B
- Sub-Proj B.1
- Sub-Proj B.2
They therefore appear in this order in the timesheets (which is great) with the associated activities.
A.2 is a particular subproject : it is a modification campaign and therefore mentionned as «under construction» ... in the timesheet the ressource can access activities of A.1 (normal), cannot access activities of A.2 (normal), cannot access activities of B.1 nor B.2 (definetly not normal).
I guess it’s just a gui issue. The workaroud is to unset the «under construction» checkbox of A.2, but it’s not very clean.

Give correct view on Timesheet
Try and reproduce on Demo please, of try and migrate to V8.6.1 to check if this issue still exists.
Hey, I couldn’t reproduce it on 8.6.1 neither, so I guess it is OK.
Next time I will directly check on the demo environment.
