Hi Team,I hope this message finds you well.After enabling the auto ticket creation feature (configured with two input mailboxes), I noticed that the log file is growing excessively large—approximately 6 MB daily. This seems to be due to repetitive entries being generated in the logs. Below is an excerpt of the repeated log message:

These messages are logged approximately every 10 seconds and seem to indicate an issue with mailbox interaction or configuration. As a result, we've unfortunately had to temporarily disable the auto ticket creation feature.Could you kindly assist in identifying the cause and provide guidance on resolving this? the problem is known and will be fixed very soon, the ticket is registered at #9258.
These logs, generated every 10s, just indicate that your mailbox is empty.
Well, it's not a bug.
It's a valid trace.
We left intentionnaly this trace in prod when debug mode is activated to help debug issues.
Just turn out debug log level and get back to trace which is advised for production instance.

It was already in Trace mode, but these messages were logging continuosly, Anyway now it has been solved for me after opening extension fileinfo in PHP.
