Hello,
when using Live Meeting, we try to create some decision or question (event action) directly from speed create button (upper right).
But, when do this, nothing append.
Using Add button from list is OK
Expect to be clear

did you enter a label in the field before pressing the add button?

Hi,
This issue occurs when some fields are required without default value : for instance is description is set to required.
Ticket recorded.
Will be fixed on V8.5.5

After controling required state from field (either in type and customised screen), still blocked...
