This issue can be reproduced in the ProjeQtOr demo, unfortunatly it doesn't happen always.
After login with "switch mode" active and the switching to "show list left" the icon of the selector doesn't show the selected setting, then if activity is chosen it seams that in the right side the switch panel is somehow active (sometimes visible sometimes not.
If then an activity is chosen (shown on the right side) and then "multiple update" is selected, the screen of multiple update is not shown (still the activity)
Sometimes also when there was no activity selecte, the multiple mode is not shown (multiple activities can be selected).

ticket #6044 was canceled because finally it works as expected :
In switch mode, the list stays visible when activating Multiple Update Mode, to allow selection.
Then user has to select the bottom bar to show the update detail
