I create a ticket and assigned it at an activity:
First of all, when I use the timer, hours become days.
In second, Sometime, in the realwork allocation, the ticket is not linked (Not assigned work).

I resolved the problem. I initialized The Dispatch work and write it again.
However, this morning, a ticket was assigned correctly, the timer get real work right and the ligne is in the right activity in the real work allocation and this afternoon, again in the real work allocation, the ticket was not assigned.

Could you explain in detail :
=> use case (what you did, step by step)
=> expected behavior
=> constated behavior
If you face several issues, please detail separatly (please don't mix)
Then provide as much data as possible :
=> log file if any arror
=> print screen (please highlight issue)
=> database data (content for assignment and workelement at least for given ticket)
Ok, First. the timer transform hours in days. I used it 30seconds and in real work I have 1,16 day.
For others, I will try in test framework later because now I have some work to do for my boss.

Ok, I used it this morning.
I start the timer at 10H41 and I stopped it at 11H12 and it put 1,05 days in real work.
