PHP-IMAP shoumd not be required on PHP8.1 as it is included in the Core. It will be moved to PECL in PHP8.4

Projeqtor compatibility matrix doesn't snow PHP 8.3. PHP8.3 compatibility comes with ProjeQtOr V11.2, which becomes stable today with ptch 11.2.2.
