Hello,
I mistakenly put a wrong planning activity into the ticket and with the dispatch function put real work too. I wanted to correct what I did wrong and did the followings:
1. Deleted the dispatch work -> when it showed 0 -> clicked OK -> then saved the ticket.
2. Changed the planning activity -> saved the ticket
Now with the ticket everithyng is Ok - it shows the correct datas, but on the activity screen and on the work synthesis per activity report it looks like there is a real work on it even now. I just worked with the ticket, did not use any other function to put real work datas to the activity.
Could somebody help me? I do not know what I did wrong.
This happening just then if I change the planning activity after I put real work datas to the ticket. In case I correct the real work on the ticket without changeing the planning activity everything is OK.
Projector version: V6.0.5
Thanks,
Gabi
Hi,
Corresponding to your description there seems to be correct processus.
It may be a bug.
We'll investigate on the subject.
Ticket #2479 recorded.
Hi,
I tried several times to reproduce without success.
In my case, realwork for activity is correcty reverted to zero.
Are you sure you don't have extra work on activity (for another resource for instance) ?
Can you try and reproduce on Demo ?
Can you retrieve lines of table work where refType='Activity' and refId= id of your activity with extra real work, and post result here ?
Hi,
I reproduced it on Demo.
Project id and name: 135 - Project #2479
Activity id: 135 and 136
Ticket id: 67
And here are two doc files where I documented all the steps which I made.
Thanks,
Gabriella
Thnaks for use case.
Will investigate.

Hi,
After testing twice without reproducing the issue, I finaly found the way to reproduce.
When you remove dispatched work, you don't only remove the work, you also delete information about resource and date.
And when this is done, real work is incorrect, it's right.
Fist, as a workaround, when you remove dispatched work, just remove the work on the line, not everything...
Now that I'l reproduced, we'll fix the issue 😉 😉
