i have projects with severals kind of activity.
in planing is it possible filter only type of activity ?

No, no filter is available in Planning view.
It could set a real mess in WBS structure display.

projet have activity. (foundation, production, erection) . how i can see "with planning view" the foundation activity for all project ?

ProjeQtOr (and as long as I know all PM tools) is not designed to filter on Gantt charts to provide such a view, for several projects in one time.
But projeqtor may provide a workaround : add a fake resource on each "foundation" activity, and look at "Gantt Resource" planning. I'm not sure it will give the overview you expect, but it's the best I can think as of today.

But in my case it's not possible, i have several team (resources) for the same step "Fabrication" and i have to see the charge for all teams
