Hi,
I would like to understand why i can see DDL for certain column (Type/Client) in ticket screen, but my users are not able to seen them even if thos columns are selected in column selector (please find screenshot attached).

It is just because of screen resolution.
With low resolution screen we "hide" filters (the less useful) to avoid ugly displays.

I have 2 users with same resolution : 1680 x 1050
One have those filters displayed, the other one not...
