Hello.
Is it possible to add a description or note to each timesheet time entry? We are using such description to elaborate actual booked work.

yes, you can add a comment using the icon located on each line of the timesheet.
Each entry is saved with the number of the week concerned (time sheet and assignment table) and can be saved as a note which will display the exact date of the addition. No recording limit.

Not exactly what I had in my mind but can be used for the similar purpose and results.
